Indigenous Advantage Inc. is the brainchild of Richard Brant, an Indigenous lawyer and specialist in the field of industrial socio-economic engagement, with many years of experience working with Indigenous groups and industry in such challenging areas as understanding the Crown’s Duty to Consult, fulfilling regulatory socio-economic requirements, negotiating project impact benefit agreements, conducting meaningful community consultation and engagement and developing and managing Indigenous supply chains. The Company embodies and will continue to grow this expertise through the work it does for Indigenous, industrial and government clients. The Company consists of professional consultants, contractors and associates, Indigenous and non-Indigenous, ready to meet the immediate and long term socio-economic engagement needs of its clients, with an attitude that no assignment is too large, too small or too difficult to perform at the highest of standards.
